Job summary

The Department of Juvenile Services seeks a Case Management Program Supervisor to oversee the THIRIVE Academy and coordinate with a Credible Messenger Organization for youth supervision and violence reduction efforts in Baltimore.

You will coach Case Management Supervisors and Specialists, ensure program integrity, testify in court when needed, and liaise with the Deputy Director to address operational challenges. Hybrid telework may be available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or higher in a related field.
• Experience supervising professional staff is preferred.
• Familiarity with juvenile justice or court services is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee THIRIVE Academy operations and ensure youth programming alignment with Life Plans.
• Coach and supervise Case Management Supervisors and Case Management Specialists.
• Coordinate with Credible Messenger Organization to deliver targeted services.
• Testify in court regarding program resources and youth progress.
• Support quality assurance and staff performance.
