The Equity Program Manager (Program Manager II) is a Management Service position in the Maryland Department of Juvenile Services' Office of Equity and Inclusion, based in Baltimore. This role directs systemic reform initiatives to reduce racial and ethnic disparities in the youth justice system, manages cross-agency projects, develops capacity-building programs, and serves as a subject matter expert on equity, inclusion, and restorative practices. The position offers a hybrid telework schedule with statewide travel as needed and serves at the pleasure of the OEI Executive Director.
