Job summary

Seattle Children’s is seeking a Pharmacist-informatics professional to develop, test, and troubleshoot medication-related solutions within the Epic Willow environment. You will collaborate with pharmacy informatics colleagues to implement formulary updates, order sets, and CPOE changes, acting as the bridge between Pharmacy and IT.

This role requires Epic certification within six months, strong IT and project management skills, and involvement in Clinical Standard Work, P&T, and related

Qualifications

• Pharmacist must be licensed and a PharmD graduate.
• Epic certification in supported modules or obtain certification within 6 months of employment.
• Experience interpreting regulations and implementing systems to meet requirements (e.g., TJC).

Responsibilities

• Develop, build, test, and troubleshoot medication-related work within the Epic Willow suite.
• Collaborate with pharmacy informatics staff for integrated solutions.
• Serve as liaison between pharmacy and IT and participate in CSW, P&T, and other committees.
• Promote optimizations from Epic and rotate on-call duties.
