Job summary

The analyst partners with IS, Clinical Informatics, and Quality, develops test scripts, and ensures training aligns with LMS standards. Some travel is required; a Bachelor's degree and Epic experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of work experience above the minimum qualification.
• 1 year of Experience required.
• Experience with Epic applications and training development.
• Strong skills in instructional design and adult learning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Epic training content using various media.
• Create online learning materials and lesson plans.
• Test scripts and training environments for Epic modules.
• Collaborate with IS, Clinical Informatics, and Quality teams.
• Support go-live and ongoing Epic application training.
• Apply adult learning best practices and LMS standards.
• Some travel may be required.
