Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of work experience above the minimum qualification.
• 1 year of experience in training or Epic-related roles.
• Credentialed Epic user within 1 year from date of hire (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide Epic application help via help desk tickets and on-call support.
• Assist onsite go-live, upgrades, and ongoing Epic training.
• Serve as liaison between Epic end users and IS teams.
• Improve training impact with formal and informal methods.
• Develop and maintain Epic training materials and test scripts.
• Create online courses and evaluation tools meeting LMS standards.
• Travel as required to support locations.
