Mayo Clinic is seeking an Assistant Supervisor for the HIMS team. The role is hybrid, primarily remote, with requirement to reside within 100 miles of a Mayo Clinic campus for occasional on-site needs. Responsibilities include scheduling, payroll approvals, training, and regulatory compliance support.

Epic EHR knowledge is preferred. The candidate will help cover peak periods, shift coverage, and mentor staff, with relocation required to meet hybrid requirements.

Formación

• Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR); Epic preferred.
• Experience managing daily staff scheduling and coverage to meet productivity and quality standards.
• Ability to training staff and provide coaching, ongoing education for regulatory changes.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations of the work unit and staff to support directives.
• Assist with agendas/minutes for work unit huddles and payroll approvals.
• Provide guidance to staff, contract personnel, and students; respond to regulatory questions; support leadership.
