Job summary

North Memorial Health is seeking an Application Administrator II to design, configure, and optimize EPIC Bugsy/Beaker applications. You will liaise with department users, vendors, and IT staff to manage upgrades, security, and change control while ensuring high availability of critical health IT systems.

The role requires 3+ years of EPIC Bugsy/Beaker experience and strong problem-solving abilities in a healthcare environment. Hybrid remote/on-site work is available for MN or WI residents.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience with IT EPIC Bugsy/Beaker.
• Strong analytical thinking for process development or problem resolution.
• Knowledge of healthcare processes and application system coordination.

Responsibilities
