North Memorial Health in Minnesota seeks an Application Administrator II to design and configure vendor-purchased and NMHC applications. You will liaise with department super users, vendors, educators, and support staff regarding upgrades, service requests, and optimization.

The role focuses on one primary area and is cross-trained on related applications. Security and Revenue Integrity duties include user security, role definitions, payer workflow, incident management, and change control.

Formación

• Required certification/associate degree or 3 years of related application use with business or health care work experience.
• Required 3 years experience in a health care related field using EPIC with information technology in daily operations.
• Demonstrated analytical critical thinking skills for process development or problem resolution.
• Demonstrated customer service methodology and accountability.
• Knowledge of healthcare processes and application system coordination.
• Knowledge of database structure and reporting techniques and tools.

Responsabilidades

• Design and configure vendor-purchased and NMHC applications as part of the IT Applications team.
• Serve as liaison with department super users, vendors, educators and support staff on upgrades, service requests and optimization.
• Focus on one primary application area and cross-train on related applications.
• Work with IT and security teams to maintain user security, role definitions and access templates.
• Support Revenue Integrity by addressing payer workflow, incidents and change control, translating contracts to system specs.
