Job summary

The Ambulatory Application Analyst at Chickasaw Nation Medical Center will oversee analysis, design, implementation, and support of the EHR (Epic) and related third‑party applications within CNDH. They will know the technical capabilities of the systems as well as clinical and business requirements.

Epic MyChart and EpicCare Ambulatory certifications must be completed within 90 days of hire. The role emphasizes collaboration with IT, clinical operations, and vendors to meet project deliverables

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and relevant clinical applications experience.
• Epic EHR expertise with MyChart and Ambulatory modules; certification within 90 days.
• Ability to collaborate with IT, clinicians, and vendors on implementations and upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, implement, operate, and support EHR and Epic applications.
• Test changes to ensure alignment with business requirements and no negative impact.
• Serve as primary support contact for end-users and coordinate with vendors.
• Document requirements, perform data analysis, and ensure data integrity.
• Assist with system patches, upgrades, and integrated package deployments.
