Job summary

Qualifications

  • Five years' experience in IT or clinical or business workflow
  • Experience supporting large scale clinical, ancillary or business environments
  • EPIC MyChart and/or EPIC Ambulatory certification or experience
  • Experience with MyChart/CAD type projects (optional)

Responsibilities

  • Configure and support Epic Ambulatory and MyChart applications to meet user needs
  • Train and mentor junior analysts and end users on application operation and administration

Job description

The Epic Ambulatory Analyst provides expert support, configuration, and administration of Epic applications to enhance operational efficiencies for patients and staff. They train and mentor junior analysts, troubleshoot issues across IT teams, and ensure high-quality application availability. The role also informs budget planning and project management to support the department's mission.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and support Epic Ambulatory and MyChart applications to meet user needs

  • Train and mentor junior analysts and end users on application operation and administration
