Bankers Trust Company is seeking an ePayments Wire Specialist I in Des Moines, IA to support domestic and international wire transfers, Fed Funds and cross-border payments, and related electronic banking functions. The role includes responding to inquiries, handling tickets, and reconciling GL/accounts.

The candidate should have college background and 2–4 years of bank operations or related experience, with knowledge of ACH/wire and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Understanding of financial institutions and payment processing flows.
• Ability to learn and understand new systems and processes.
• Professional business communication skills.
• Knowledge of regulations (OFAC, EAR, Reg E, BIS, AML) and electronic payments.

Responsibilities

• Inputs and processes Fedwire, Cross Border, and SWIFT transfers.
• Process wire items, returns, draws, disputes, and non-standard transactions.
• Handle Fed Funds trade requests and related wire actions.
• Manage wire startup, balancing, and posting directions; print and mail advices.
