AMT is seeking an Environmental Scientist to join our Rockville, MD office, offering a hybrid schedule with a mix of office and remote work. The role focuses on fieldwork, documentation, and environmental assessments within NEPA projects.

Ideal candidates have a B.S. degree, 1–5 years of wetlands delineations, tree and vegetative assessments, and CAD design experience, and are willing to travel overnight to support projects while performing moderately demanding outdoor tasks.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree preferred.
• 1–5 years of progressive experience with wetlands delineations, tree and vegetative assessments, NEPA studies, CAD design, report writing.
• Willingness to travel overnight.
• Ability to perform moderately physically demanding tasks outdoors.
