Lockton Companies in Washington, DC is seeking an entry-level Risk Analyst to support client service and renewal activities for Property & Casualty accounts. You will work with Account Executives and Client Managers, gather exposure data, coordinate quotes, and help ensure policy accuracy within a collaborative team.

The role is part of the Career Foundations Program, offering training and growth in a dynamic, client-focused insurance environment with a flexible hybrid schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to organize workload and meet deadlines
• Willingness to work outside normal hours and travel as needed
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Support Account Executives and Client Managers in day-to-day service
• Assist with renewal processing, documentation, and plan details
• Collect and compile exposure information, loss-run schedules, and client stratifications
• Coordinate quotes and endorsements with carriers
• Maintain client communications and ensure policy updates and accuracy
• Prepare renewal strategy and engagement documents
