Job summary

Lockton Northeast is seeking an entry-level Benefits Analyst to join our Career Foundations Program. The role supports day-to-day client service and renewal activities for account teams, with opportunities to learn employee benefits and group insurance while advancing through a structured program.

The position offers a hybrid work environment across the Northeast footprint and requires a recent graduate or 1–2 years of relevant insurance experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in business-related field; HR/risk/health policy background preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to work with clients professionally.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries and document communications and resolutions.
• Provide client service aligned with engagement strategies from planning through renewal.
• Send compliance communications as needed and manage enrollment communications.
• Review plan documents for accuracy and respond to emails within 24 hours.
• Update client call logs and set clear expectations with the internal team.
• Develop proficiency with benchmarking, 5500 preparations, marketings, cost reports, and related tools.
