Job summary

CRH is seeking an entry-level Corporate Recruiter to support manufacturing roles from the Rochester recruiting office. You will source, screen, and recruit for non-exempt positions across over 200 plant locations, partnering with plants to fill open roles.

This training-focused role will develop recruiting skills and a pathway to growth within the CRH Recruiting office. The position is hybrid, based in Rochester, NY, with ample opportunity for professional advancement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, HR, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Experience sourcing and recruiting talent preferred.
• Experience with MS Office, Internet search, and an ATS (SuccessFactors).
• Strong verbal and written communication with hiring managers and candidates at all levels.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to understand their immediate and upcoming hiring needs.
• Post all open positions to multiple sources to drive applicant traffic.
• Review and call every qualified applicant within 48 hours of receiving their application.
• Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.
• Conduct regular follow-up with managers and HR partners.
• Build networks and utilize sourcing tools to identify qualified passive candidates.
• Use SuccessFactors to organize resumes, search candidates, and ensure OFCCP compliance.
• Manage a high volume of requisitions.
• Other duties assigned.
