Job summary

Flyover Las Vegas is seeking an Applications Specialist I to help administer, support, and improve business applications across POS, ticketing, productivity, and line-of-business systems. You’ll work with senior teammates, configure apps, resolve user issues, and assist with integrations and rollouts.

This entry-level role, based at our Las Vegas location with a hybrid schedule, includes on-site tasks up to ~4 hours/week and opportunities to grow within the IT team.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 0–2 years in IT support, application support, or a help desk role (internships and coursework count)
• Exposure to supporting business applications or SaaS tools
• Basic understanding of how applications, databases, and integrations fit together

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for business applications (POS/ticketing, productivity, and line-of-business systems) user setup, permissions, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Triage and resolve application support tickets, escalating complex issues to senior team members
• Assist with application updates, testing, and rollouts, including validating fixes and new features
• Help maintain integrations and data flows between applications under guidance
• Create and maintain user guides, documentation, and knowledge base articles
• Support end-user training and onboarding for applications
• As an IT team member on site at this location, handle Level 1 tasks that need to be done in person (hardware setup and swaps, printer and peripheral issues, hands-on troubleshooting), up to about 4 hours per week; remote support is handled by the broader IT team
• Other duties as assigned
