Job summary

Flyover Attractions is seeking an entry-level Applications Specialist to support and optimize our business apps, from POS and ticketing to core productivity tools. You will work with senior staff to configure, troubleshoot, and roll out integrations, in a hybrid on-site role in Las Vegas.

You’ll learn the application landscape, assist with updates, and create user guides while handling occasional Level 1 IT tasks on-site. This is an opportunity to grow in a collaborative, guest-focused tech team.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years in IT support, help desk, or application support.
• Exposure to SaaS tools and business applications.
• Basic understanding of how apps, databases, and integrations fit together.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for business applications, including setup and troubleshooting.
• Triage tickets and escalate complex issues to senior staff.
• Assist with updates, testing, and rollouts of apps.
• Help maintain data flows and integrations under guidance.
• Create user guides and knowledge base articles.
• Support end-user training and onboarding.
• Handle on-site Level 1 IT tasks up to ~4 hours per week.
• Other duties as assigned.
