Job summary

NBCUniversal's Universal Television Studio seeks an Entertainment Coordinator to provide administrative support to two Drama Development executives and act as liaison with NBCU divisions and the external creative community.

The role requires strong organizational skills, a Bachelor’s degree, and familiarity with industry tools. Hybrid work from Universal City, CA is expected, and the candidate should be prepared to read IP coverage when needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in an assistant role in a studio, network, agency or production company.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with Air Table, Adobe, Final Draft, MS Office.
• Canva or deck-building skills a plus.
• Knowledge of the TV development process and key players in the industry.
• Detail-oriented, multi-tasking, excellent time management.
• Willingness to read/write coverage for IP.
• Flexible, proactive, team player in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative duties: answering phones, scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense reports.
• Maintain submission log and departmental documents.
• Assist in communication with the creative community daily.
• Research industry trends, formats, talent and competitive environment.
• Distribute materials to internal and external parties following protocols.
• Be a team player and cover for other department assistants as needed.
