Job summary

NBCUniversal in Universal City, CA is seeking a Coordinator, TV Music to provide administrative, project, and operational support to the head of USG Television Music Creative Services. This role requires coordinating workflow, preparing materials, and maintaining production docs across a fast-paced entertainment environment.

The position is hybrid, four in-office days per week, with opportunities to support high-profile music-driven TV projects and cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of entertainment experience supporting an executive.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Co-Pilot, Airtable and presentation development.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced entertainment environment.
• Genuine passion and keen interest in the intersection of music and television production.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive executive, production, and business matters.
• Hybrid: in-office four days per week at Universal City, CA; must have US work authorization; NBCU ADR coverage.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, expense reporting, and general office administration.
• Prepare presentations, executive reports, meeting materials, and departmental communications.
• Organize production documentation, scripts, schedules, music breakdowns, cue sheets, and shared-drive resources.
• Maintain Airtable tracker throughout the production lifecycle for all projects.
• Research and maintain databases of composers, agents, artists, publishers, licensors, and industry personnel.
• Coordinate meetings with agendas and follow-up notes.
• Support special projects and initiatives with timely communication and organization.
