Job summary

Boldyn Networks in Irvine is seeking an Engineer for Enterprise Technology Support to serve as the primary contact for Global Digital & Tech services, resolving incidents and handling service requests across the organization.

You’ll triage, troubleshoot Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices, manage tickets in ServiceNow, and collaborate with IT teams and vendors to improve processes and security.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Level1 support, service desk, desktop support, or IT Engineer role.
• Experience managing incidents and service requests in a structured support environment.
• Intermediate experience with Microsoft 365 administration, Microsoft Intune, and Autopilot.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of incidents and service requests; triage and prioritize tickets.
• Resolve hardware, software, OS, and end-user device issues; escalate advanced matters with evidence.
• Support Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android; enroll devices using Intune, Autopilot, SCCM.
• Handle software, license, access requests; guide on workplace tech use.
• Maintain ServiceNow records with updates and communications.
• Keep colleagues informed; manage SLAs and expectations.
