Qualifications

• Must have strong working knowledge of Java-based software capabilities.
• Analytical, inquisitive, responsive with good testing skills.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work under deadlines.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development.
• Experience with AI agent workflows (Claude Code or Gemini).
• Experience using autonomous agents for multi-file implementations and automated tests.
