Ideal candidates have strong Java, Kubernetes, REST, and microservices experience, plus comfort with Linux and agile practices. Hybrid work is available with a Columbia, MD office presence.

Qualifications

• Experience designing enterprise APIs.
• Strong Java software development experience.
• Experience with RESTful web services.
• Experience with Microservices architecture.
• Experience with the agile software lifecycle.
• Experience with the Linux operating system.
• Experience with configuration management tools (Git, Nexus, Maven).
• Experience as a tech lead or manager for engineering teams.
• Hybrid work: 1–2 days per week in Columbia, MD office.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
