Job summary

Optiv Security Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Sales Development Representative to drive new business in the enterprise cybersecurity space. This role partners with sales to qualify high-value prospects and set meetings with enterprise clients.

You will work onsite Monday-Thursday in Salt Lake City, UT or Leawood, Kansas, with work-from-home Fridays, collaborating with marketing and sales to reach monthly and quarterly targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 4–7 years of proven B2B outbound calling, telesales or lead generation experience, preferably in technology/cybersecurity.
• Dynamic telephone presence with strong verbal and written communication; ability to simplify technical topics.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas; strong relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales to understand target account segments and cybersecurity service areas.
• Research target demographics and client needs to create business development strategies.
• Expand lead generation through cold calling and other methods; schedule joint meetings for sales.
• Manage MQL/SAL in Salesforce and support marketing campaigns via Marketo and SFDC.
