Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of Program and/or Project Management experience.
• Financial Services industry experience strongly preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience operating in high-profile, stakeholder-intensive environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with executive presence.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize competing priorities.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity, shifting priorities, and tight deadlines.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders, drive alignment, and resolve conflict.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• U.S. Citizenship required (no exceptions).

Aufgaben

• Translate strategic objectives into detailed work plans, timelines, and task assignments.
• Manage multiple concurrent initiatives, including dependencies, risks, and delivery milestones.
• Develop and maintain program schedules, resource plans, and delivery roadmaps.
• Deliver concise, executive-level updates on project status, risks, and outcomes.
• Establish governance structures, reporting cadence, and performance tracking mechanisms.
• Facilitate stand-ups, execution reviews, and decision-making forums.
• Coordinate stakeholder communications, governance materials, and executive presentations.
• Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution.
• Proactively identify, manage, and escalation risks impacting project delivery.
• Coach team members and contribute to successful achievement of program objectives and KPIs.
