Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is required.
• Minimum of one year of experience in the financial services industry, preferably within a banking or credit union environment.
• Minimum of one year of experience in governance, risk, compliance (GRC), or audit is required.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint; working knowledge of GRC and other software such as Archer, ARIS, Tableau, PowerBI.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ERM policies, processes, procedures, tools and systems to support accuracy and effectiveness.
• Support risk identification, aggregation, monitoring and reporting with ERM management and business units.
• Analyze risk appetite metrics, tolerance limits and escalation thresholds.
• Collect, organize and draft reporting materials for ERM management review.
