Job summary

HRB is seeking a Program Manager – Enterprise Risk in Tysons, VA, blending hybrid in-office work with strategic leadership. You will translate goals into detailed plans, manage multiple initiatives, and deliver executive-ready updates on risk, milestones, and outcomes.

You will lead governance, schedules, and cross-functional execution with senior stakeholders, driving alignment, and mitigating risks in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Program and/or Project Management experience.
• Financial Services industry experience strongly preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience operating in high-profile, stakeholder-intensive environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with executive presence.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize competing priorities.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity, shifting priorities, and tight deadlines.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders, drive alignment, and resolve conflict.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• U.S. Citizenship required (no exceptions).

• Proactively identify, manage, and escalation risks impacting project delivery.
