Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota seeks an Enterprise Resilience Consultant based in Minnesota. You will strengthen organizational resilience by analyzing impacts, developing continuity plans, and guiding crisis response.

The role partners with leaders to improve recovery strategies and ensure governance across resilience programs. This senior position requires 3+ years of experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and knowledge of industry standards.

Formación

• 3+ years of related Enterprise Resilience professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree; in lieu of a degree, an additional two years of relevant experience may be accepted.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain, and improve recovery plans with stakeholders.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and single points of failure to improve resilience.
• Lead exercises, testing, and validation; monitor metrics and reporting.
• Provide guidance on planning requirements, and document governance activities.
• Support incident, crisis, and recovery activities with activation and documentation.
