Job summary

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota seeks an experienced Enterprise Resilience Consultant in Minnesota. You will partner with business leaders to strengthen continuity planning, lead exercises, and advance resilience metrics across the organization.

This hybrid role requires strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with 3+ years in resilience and a proven ability to drive improvements in complex environments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of enterprise resilience experience.
• Bachelor’s degree; in lieu of a degree, two additional years of relevant experience may be accepted.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve recovery plans with stakeholders.
• Identify risks, dependencies, gaps, and opportunities to improve resilience.
• Partner with stakeholders to establish recovery requirements, objectives, and strategies.
• Lead exercises, testing, validation, and drive corrective actions to completion.
• Monitor program compliance, metrics, reporting, milestones, and action plans.
• Provide consultation to stakeholders, leadership, and vendors on planning requirements and standards.
• Maintain documentation, inventories, and governance materials for audits and compliance.
• Support crisis, incident, and recovery activities and on-call events.
