Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota is seeking an Enterprise Resilience Consultant to strengthen our ability to anticipate, prepare for, respond to, and recover from disruptions. You will partner with leaders to conduct business impact analyses, develop continuity plans, facilitate exercises, and drive continuous improvement.

The role requires 3+ years of resilience experience, a bachelor’s degree, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Formación

• 3+ years of Enterprise Resilience experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience accepted in lieu of degree.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and improve recovery plans with stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and alignment with standards.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and gaps to strengthen resilience posture.
• Establish recovery requirements and strategies to support organizational needs.
• Lead exercises, testing, and validation activities; drive corrective actions.
• Monitor program compliance, metrics, reporting, and governance.
• Provide guidance to stakeholders, leadership, and vendors on planning requirements.
• Maintain documentation and supporting materials for governance and compliance.
