Accord Technologies Inc. is seeking an experienced Enterprise Project Manager with strong Business Analysis capabilities to lead complex IT initiatives from initiation to closure.

The role emphasizes defined requirements, controlled scope, and disciplined execution, delivering strategic technology outcomes while collaborating with IT, security, and business partners. Hybrid work may be considered after acclimation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience on moderate- to high-complexity IT initiatives.
• Proven experience in business analysis and process redesign.
• 5+ years of IT, regulatory, compliance, or enterprise-scale initiatives.
• Strong requirements elicitation and documentation skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional technical and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery including scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, and stakeholder communication.
• Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, comms plans, status reports, and executive updates.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams of IT professionals, vendors, and business partners.
• Facilitate sessions to validate scope, requirements, and deliverables; manage risks and issues.
• Support procurement activities, including RFPs and vendor oversight as required.
