Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead enterprise-wide technology and process improvement programs. The role operates in a matrixed environment and requires alignment of IT strategy with business outcomes across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 8–12+ years of progressive program and/or project management experience.
• Experience delivering large, complex cross-functional initiatives in matrixed environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large, complex programs comprised of multiple interrelated projects.
• Define program vision, scope, objectives, success metrics, and governance structure.
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans, roadmaps, budgets, and resource strategies.
• Manage cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment, influencing without direct authority.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program-level risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Drive executive-level stakeholder engagement, communication, and reporting.
• Oversee financial management including forecasting, budget tracking, and benefits realization.
• Establish and maintain program governance, standards, and performance metrics.
