This hybrid role sits at HQ and requires managing scope, schedule, budget, resources, and stakeholder communications to improve services and employee satisfaction. It requires 7–10 years of large‑scale project leadership, PMP certification, a Bachelor's degree, and strong facilitation, data analysis, change management, and cross‑functional collaboration

Qualifications

• Experience leading large or complex technology and business projects (7–10 years).
• Ability to facilitate discussions or workshops.
• Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships.
• Experience leading changes and influencing business leaders.
• Data analysis skills and basic VOC tools knowledge.
• Knowledge of strategic planning methods (Hoshin/Breakthrough).
• Effective written and verbal communication across formats.

Responsibilities

• Leads projects and teams from initiation to close.
• Manages timeline, budget, resources, and deliverables.
• Maintains active communication with sponsors and stakeholders.
• Applies risk management and root‑cause analysis.
