Job summary

Quest Diagnostics seeks a Sr. Program Manager, HR PMO to lead enterprise HR technology projects and programs using PMI standards. The role is near-site and resides within reach of Secaucus, NJ, with responsibilities spanning initiation to delivery and stakeholder coordination.

You will manage scope, budget, and resources while guiding teams through issues, risks, and change, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years experience leading large or complex technology and business projects.
• Ability to influence business leaders and drive change.
• Demonstrated facilitation of discussions/workshops.
• Strong written and verbal communication across formats.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects and teams to initiate, plan, execute, monitor and close.
• Guide projects through issues, roadblocks, and risks.
• Own timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Communicate with sponsors and stakeholders regularly.
• Coach teams on project management tools and practices.
