Lead staffing, end-to-end process improvements, category management, and supplier governance while partnering with Law, Finance, Technology, Risk, and Vendor Management to realize measurable procurement value.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive procurement, strategic sourcing, supplier management, or related experience with leadership responsibility
• 5+ years of people leadership experience building high-performing teams
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with cross-functional influence

Responsibilities

• Staff Management: recruit and develop strategic procurement staff
• Process & Operational Excellence: optimize procurement performance from intake to supplier management
• Business Strategy & Category Management: lead enterprise procurement strategy and category plans
• Enterprise Supplier Strategy & Governance: manage spend, contracts, renewals, and risk across supplier relationships
• Executive & Cross-Functional Partnership: align procurement with enterprise strategy across Law, Finance, Technology, Risk, and Vendor Management
• Transformation & Technology: modernize procurement platforms, data and workflows
• Value Creation & Financial Management: track savings, cost avoidance and benefits for leadership
