Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive procurement, strategic sourcing, supplier management, or related experience, including leadership for a complex enterprise function.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience with track record of building high-performing teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior executives.
• Experience in procurement transformation and procurement technology implementation is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Staff management: recruit and develop procurement staff, establish accountability and decision rights.
• Process & operational excellence: optimize intake, sourcing, contracting, renewals, and supplier management.
• Business strategy & category management: develop enterprise procurement strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Enterprise supplier strategy & governance: manage spend, contracts, and supplier relationships with governance.
• Executive & cross-functional partnership: align priorities with enterprise strategy across Law, Finance, Technology, and Risk.
• Transformation & technology: modernize procurement platform, data, analytics, and workflow capabilities.
• Value creation & financial management: deliver measurable savings and value to executives.
