Qualifications

• 6+ years in procurement or supply chain.
• Global procurement processes and supplier management experience.
• Strong negotiation skills to close complex deals promptly.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and supply chain modeling tools.
• Experience leading international or cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English; local language as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Lead a complex global sub-category, conducting data and industry analysis.
• Develop and execute supply chain strategies across moderately complex categories.
• Drive supplier selection, base optimization, and supplier development.
• Negotiate and execute contracts with complex suppliers, mitigating risk.
• Manage day-to-day operations and performance of large suppliers.
• Assess market models and advise on risk, continuity, and costs.
• Inform senior leaders on contract risk and negotiate favorable outcomes.
