Qualifications

• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close complex deals in a timely fashion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint, and supply chain modeling tools.
• Experience leading international or cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English required; local language proficiency as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Lead a complex global supply chain sub-category, including data and industry analysis.
• Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with stakeholder priorities across moderately complex marketplace categories.
• Drive supplier selection activities, supply base optimization, and strategic supplier development.
• Negotiate and execute contracts with complex suppliers, identifying and mitigating contract risk areas.
• Manage day-to-day operations and performance of large, moderately complex suppliers.
• Advise senior business leaders on contract risk areas and negotiate acceptable outcomes using proven solutions.
