Job summary

Hansen Talent Group is seeking an experienced Enterprise IT Project Manager to lead infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and technology modernization initiatives for a South Carolina state agency. This is a hybrid position requiring two days onsite per week.

The role oversees multiple concurrent technology projects, collaborating with technical teams, vendors, and executive leadership to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• PMP certification is required.
• Experience leading large-scale infrastructure and cloud transformation initiatives.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent enterprise projects with combined budgets exceeding $1 million.
• Advanced Jira experience, including project tracking and administration.
• Strong Confluence administration and documentation governance.
• Experience with infrastructure migrations, vendor management, and cross-functional project delivery.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise IT projects involving infrastructure, cloud migration, networking, cybersecurity, and system modernization.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
• Utilize Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint Online for project tracking, documentation, reporting, and collaboration.
• Coordinate cross-functional technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, resources, and competing priorities.
• Facilitate project meetings and provide status updates to executive leadership.
• Improve project governance, reporting processes, and operational efficiencies.
