United Global Technologies, Inc. seeks an experienced Enterprise Project Manager (Consultant) to lead IT Infrastructure & Operations modernization initiatives for a major South Carolina public-sector healthcare agency.

The role requires coordinating programs across network, cloud, cybersecurity, and data center efforts with executive oversight. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of PM experience, PMP certification, and a proven ability to drive multi-project delivery, governance, and vendor

Formación

10+ years of progressive PM experience leading enterprise infrastructure and modernization initiatives.
PMP Certification.
Experience with large-scale infrastructure programs.
Jira administration and advanced usage.
Confluence administration and governance.
Infrastructure and cloud migration experience.
Vendor management experience.
Experience managing multiple concurrent programs >$1M.
Proven cross-functional delivery with exec stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

Lead concurrent IT Infrastructure & Operations projects including network, server, cloud, cybersecurity, and modernization initiatives.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, risk registers, and documentation.
Serve as liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and executive leadership.
Utilize Jira to manage execution, track deliverables, monitor dependencies, and report at program level.
Create and maintain Confluence spaces, documentation, and knowledge repositories.
Design and manage SharePoint Online sites, project portals, and document repositories.
Facilitate project meetings and ensure action items are tracked to completion.
Identify, assess and mitigate risks and resource constraints; propose solutions to leadership.
Drive continuous improvement of PM processes and governance across I&O.
