Job summary

CornerStone Technology Talent Services is seeking an experienced Enterprise IT Project Manager to lead large-scale infrastructure and cloud modernization initiatives. You will coordinate multiple teams, manage budgets, and ensure on-time delivery of complex IT programs.

The role requires PMP, 10+ years in IT project management, and hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence. Hybrid work in Columbia, SC, with a 12-month contract and potential extension.

Qualifications

• PMP Certification required.
• 10+ years IT Project Management experience.
• Experience with IT infrastructure, cloud migration, data centers, networking, cybersecurity, and tech modernization.
• Advanced hands-on Jira administration, configuration, tracking, reporting, and workflow management.
• Advanced Confluence administration, documentation governance, and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple enterprise IT projects across infrastructure upgrades, cloud migration, data centers, networking, cybersecurity, and modernization.
• Oversee projects from planning through implementation within deadlines and budgets.
• Manage projects and programs with budgets of $1M+.
• Coordinate technical teams, stakeholders, vendors, and partners to keep projects moving forward.
• Use Jira to track progress and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Use Confluence to organize documentation and ensure accuracy and accessibility.
• Maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risk assessments, and progress reports.
• Identify risks, resolve issues, and propose solutions to avoid delays.
• Support infrastructure upgrades and technology improvements; collaborate with cross-functional teams.
