Job summary

SYSTEMTEC is seeking a Sr. Enterprise Project Manager for a hybrid role in Columbia, SC. You will lead multiple enterprise IT projects spanning infrastructure, cloud migration, networking, cybersecurity, and modernization within a public-sector healthcare environment.

The ideal candidate has a PMP certification, 10+ years of program management experience, and strong Jira/Confluence skills to govern project execution and reporting. Collaboration with vendors and stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

PMP certified with 10+ years leading enterprise infrastructure and cloud projects.
Advanced Jira administration and project tracking.
Experience with Confluence, governance and documentation standards.
Vendor management and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple IT infrastructure and operations projects including cloud services, networks, and cybersecurity.
Develop and manage plans, budgets, milestones, risks, dependencies, and delivery documentation.
Coordinate executives, technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and external partners for alignment.
Use Jira for status reporting and maintain Confluence governance resources.
Oversee SharePoint Online project portals and documents to support collaboration and governance.
Facilitate meetings, resolve risks, and improve project management reporting.
