• 10+ years of enterprise project management experience on infrastructure, cloud, and modernization initiatives.
• PMP Certification.
• Jira Administration and Advanced usage.
• Confluence Administration and Documentation Governance.
• Infrastructure and Cloud Migration Experience.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent enterprise programs exceeding $1M in total project value.

Aufgaben

• Lead multiple IT Infrastructure & Operations projects including network, server, cloud, cybersecurity, and modernization initiatives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and documentation for delivery.
• Serve as primary liaison between technical teams, stakeholders, vendors, and executive leadership.
• Utilize Jira to manage execution, track deliverables, and provide reporting and visibility.
• Create and maintain Confluence spaces, documentation, knowledge repositories, and governance logs.
• Design, manage, and optimize SharePoint Online sites and project portals for collaboration.
• Lead project meetings, reviews, and work sessions; track action items to completion.
• Identify risks and issues; propose solutions to leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement of PM processes, governance, reporting, and efficiency.
