Job summary

Krayden Inc. in Westminster, CO is seeking an Infrastructure Administrator to maintain and enhance our enterprise infrastructure, including on-prem and cloud services, with a focus on automation, security alignment, and business growth.

This role partners with Security and Service Delivery to drive operational excellence, supports acquisitions, and contributes to disaster recovery and continuity planning. Hybrid schedule: 2–3 days on-site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in IT.
• 5–8 years of experience administering enterprise infrastructure environments.
• Experience with Microsoft-based enterprise technologies and cloud platforms.
• Strong understanding of systems administration, networking, storage, virtualization, identity management, and endpoint management.
• Experience developing automation and improving operational processes.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work across technical and business teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and continuously improve Krayden's enterprise infrastructure and workplace technology platforms.
• Support enterprise network, server, storage, cloud, identity, and collaboration services; design and implement automation to improve operational efficiency.
• Support technology integration activities related to acquisitions, office expansions, relocations, and growth.
• Participate in infrastructure planning, documentation, standardization, and modernization initiatives.
• Provide advanced technical expertise and escalation support for complex infrastructure issues.
• Ensure infrastructure aligns with security policies, governance standards, and best practices.
