Job summary

P3 Health Partners is seeking an Infrastructure Systems Administrator to install, configure, monitor, and support enterprise infrastructure, including network, cloud, servers, storage, and security platforms. The role emphasizes reliability, security, and proactive administration to support growth and compliance.

The position requires experience across Windows and Linux, firewall administration, and strong communication, with a hybrid work arrangement and three in-office days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, computer science, or business, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of IS related support.
• 3+ years of experience as System Administrator.
• 2+ years of experience administrating Firewalls.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a primary administrator for enterprise network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, wireless systems, VPN connectivity, and network security appliances.
• Monitors network and infrastructure performance, availability, and capacity; proactively identifies and resolves issues impacting business operations.
• Performs network troubleshooting and root cause analysis for connectivity, performance, and security-related incidents.
• Administers and maintains network services including DNS, DHCP, IP address management, routing, switching, and network segmentation.
• Assists with network architecture planning, infrastructure upgrades, and technology modernization initiatives.
