Job summary

Landmark Properties, Inc. seeks an Infrastructure Manager to lead and secure a hybrid IT environment combining on-premises servers with Microsoft Azure cloud services. You will oversee VMware, Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, and network infrastructure while driving DR readiness and cloud integrations.

The role requires strong problem-solving and collaboration skills, plus experience with PowerShell and Microsoft 365 administration. Travel may be required to local sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience managing a corporate IT environment, including on-premise infrastructure and Azure hybrid-cloud.
• Strong knowledge of VMware virtualization, Windows Server, AD, DNS/DHCP, and Azure cloud services.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-premise physical and virtual server environment (VMware ESXi, SAN, networking).
• Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, Group Policy, and file/print services.
• Design and maintain secure hybrid-cloud architecture linking on-premise with Microsoft Azure.
• Oversee Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams access and integrations.
• Maintain disaster recovery: Azure Site Recovery and Azure Backup.
• Maintain network infrastructure and security across on-prem and cloud environments.
