Job summary

BOA Technology is seeking a Senior IT Systems Administrator to maintain and enhance a hybrid infrastructure from our Denver office. You will focus on network management, enterprise systems administration, and cybersecurity-driven initiatives in a globally distributed environment.

Responsibilities include identity and access management, site-to-site connectivity, and infrastructure modernization, with 2–3 days in-office per week and occasional after-hours support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Systems Administration in a hybrid enterprise environment.
• Experience managing enterprise networking and firewall platforms (routing, VLANs, switching, secure remote access).
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.
• Experience with Azure and/or AWS.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals and infrastructure hardening.
• Experience managing multi‑OS environments (Windows, macOS, Linux).
• Strong troubleshooting skills across network, server, cloud and endpoint layers.
• Excellent communication and global collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Reflect BOA’s vision and values; lead IT team alignment.
• Administer and support hybrid infrastructure (M365, Entra ID, AD, Azure, AWS).
• Manage network and security infrastructure (Fortinet, VPN, VLANs, wireless).
• Support cybersecurity initiatives aligned with CSF.
• Administer endpoint management (Intune, Defender).
• Support backup and DR with Veeam; assist with RTO/RPO reviews.
• Assist SOX controls, including change management and access reviews.
• Collaborate with vendors and MSPs; evaluate modern tools and automation.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure documentation; provide escalations.
