Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience producing user guides or process docs in business/tech environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to explain complex info clearly.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and improve user guides and process docs for enterprise systems and reporting apps.
• Translate technical information with SMEs and developers into clear documentation.
• Synchronize documentation with bi-monthly software releases and UI/UX changes.
