Job summary

You will manage a team of data engineers and analytics consultants, collaborating with IT and business partners to advance a data-driven roadmap.

You will guide forecast, budgeting, staffing, and policy development to improve efficiency and decision-support across the organization within a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts or Science degree or equivalent work experience.
• CIC, CPCU, or ARM preferred.
• Extensive experience leading data analytics teams and portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise data and analytics strategy and governance.
• Direct and manage a team of data engineers and analytics consultants.
• Collaborate with IT and stakeholders to mature the data-driven roadmap.
• Forecast, budget, and staff based on volumes and growth projections.
• Develop policies and workflows to continuously improve efficiencies.
