You will oversee a team of data engineers and analytics consultants, partner with IT, forecast budgets, and shape the data road map to improve decision-making and efficiency, while fostering inclusion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of project leadership experience.
• Experience leading data & analytics initiatives and governance.
• Strong ability to analyze complex problems and drive options.
• Proven communication and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Enterprise Data and Analytics Team strategy and governance.
• Collaborate with partners to mature data-driven road map.
• Recruit and retain diverse talent and promote inclusion.
• Forecast, budget, and staff planning for data initiatives.
• Oversee delivery of data infrastructure and analytics solutions.
• Manage projects with standard PM methodologies.
