You will lead the Enterprise Data & Analytics team, partner with IT and business units, recruit and develop talent, and oversee portfolio delivery, training, and adoption of new capabilities to sustain competitive advantage.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading learning, change management, adoption, or enablement for data, analytics, technology, and AI projects.
• Experience applying project management tools and techniques across large initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Databricks certification required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with partners to mature data-driven roadmaps and governance.
• Educate stakeholders in data/AI literacy and drive data collection and usage.
• Lead Enterprise Data and Analytics Team strategy and talent development.
• Forecast budgets and staff needs to meet service and financial goals.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and workflows to improve efficiency.
